Chilli Gobi with Veg-Noodles by @ramasingh331

Ingredients (2-3 Servings)
10-20 florets of cauliflower
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup rice flour
☆ 2 tbsp curd
☆ 1 tsp chilli powder
☆ 1/2 tsp garam masala
☆ 1/2 tsp coriander powder
☆ 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
☆ 1 tsp lemon juice
☆ 2 tbsp green coriander
☆ 1 tsp oil
☆ 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, add 3-4 cup of hot water and blanch florets of cauliflower for 5 minutes.

  2. Drain off the water and take out florets in big bowl. Add ☆ ingredients and mix well.

  3. Marinate for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Add 1/4 cup cornflour and 1/4 cup rice flour, mix well coating flour uniformly, deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally.

  5. I also added 1/2 tsp paste of whole red chillies to make it little spicy and to give it good color!
