Japanese style SHISO and MISO guacamole

Our favorite Japanese style guacamole đŸ„‘ recipe is quick and easy to make, naturally gluten-free and vegan, and always the hit of a party! You’ll get an inspiration for how to use MISO as well 🙌
Ok, no secret, super simple. Simply gather up the following ingredients in a bowl!

Ingredients
2 Avocados: The riper, the better.
Diced Onion: I like 1/4 of an onion, but you’ll decide how much you want!
5 Chopped SHISO leaves!!!: It would be enough, but if you’re cilantro lover, maybe you need more.
1/2 Lemon juice: Freshly-squeezed, please!
2 tbsp Miso: A critical ingredient to bring out all of those good flavors. I would recommend SHIRO MISO, whiter one.
1/2 Diced Tomato
Fine sea salt: You can add salt if you like, but Miso might be enough.
Sesame for the top.

SHISO will be good for so many things as following;
Lowers Cholesterol, Cancer, Lowers Heart Disease Risk, Reduced Allergy Signs and Symptoms, Maintain Oral Health, Great for Asthma, Colds, Great for Problem Skin, Allergies, and Bronchitis, Decrease stomach and intestinal discomforts, Increase Immunity, Prevents Cavities, Anti-Depressant and Great for the Brain, Reduce stomach discomfort, Reduced Oxidative Stress, Managed Joint Pain and Inflammation, Improves wellbeing, Effective against infection or swelling, Effective shield against sun
.

Like the regular guacamole, this matches with any kind of chips at your party, or with toast for breakfast (don’t forget a fried egg on the top!) or maybe with rice! Please share your Shiso guacamole idea with us.
