Waldorf salad

Ingredients for 1 person:
 

100g smoked chicken breast strips
2 to 3 sticks of celery
1 apple
handful of raisins
handful of walnuts
2 tbsp of fresh mayo
1-2 tbsp of lime juice


Instructions:

Chop the celery and apple into smaller pieces and put in a bowl. Break the walnuts with your hands and add to the bowl. Add the chicken and raisins. Make the dressing by mixing the mayo with the lime juice and mix in with the ingredients.
